Poor Brad. He's in his busy season now so we don't get to see a whole lot of him. The other days the boys and I picked him up and took him to lunch. We fell in love with a place called Rubios in California. We love that place. They only have two locations in Utah and one of them is down town. -Melissa, I took a picture of the actual restaurant, and included cars that have Utah licenses so that your Mom would really believe that there is one in Utah! :)

I love rubios too! I had no idea they were in Ut. My friend Denice is from San Diego and recommended it when we visited. YUM!
I have never been there before. I will have to remember the next time we are down town to go.
